SIXTH FORM APPLICATION
Welcome to our sixth form application process.
We feel it is important that students should be fully involved in this process, so the form is intended for completion by students. Parents are of course welcome to do all the work for their children and submit the form themselves! Parents will be asked to endorse the application after it has been submitted.
Please read the Admissions Policy prior to completing the form. As stated in the policy, in order to support your application, you can complete a Supplementary Information Form, this is completed by your priest or minister to confirm that you attend Church on a regular basis.
After you have completed the registration form you will receive an email to confirm this. Click the link in the email to activate your registration and you can then complete the full application.
The Closing date for all applications is midday Friday 9th February 2024.*

*Any late entries received after Friday 9th February will be placed on a reserve list and will only be considered after the initial entries have been awarded places.
